Industry leading rail technology provider Bombardier Transportation will demonstrate how it is shaping the future of mobility at the TransMEA 2020 exhibition in Cairo, Egypt, from November 22 – 25, 2020. Now in its third edition, TransMEA is arranged under the auspices of the Minister of Transport for Egypt, His Excellency Lieutenant General Kamel El Wazir.
Global mobility solution provider Bombardier Transportation announced today that its Chinese joint venture, Bombardier Sifang (Qingdao) Transportation Ltd. (BST), has been awarded a contract from China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. (CHINA RAILWAY) to supply 112 CR300AF cars – the new Chinese standard high-speed train car used for China’s evolving high-speed rail network.

The Phase Iof the EPC road project in Kalemie, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), designed and constructed by China-DRC Infrastructure Co., Ltd. under China Railway Resources Group Co., Ltd., passed the acceptance inspection carried out by DRC’s Ministry of Infrastructure, the provincial government of Tanganyika, the municipal government of Kalemie, and relevant construction companies on October 23.
